I was looking for cargo pants. Got help and got what I wanted. The employee that helped me knew very little english. Thank God I am billingual. Otherwise- I probably would have walked away.

Socks,jeans, and women's t-shirts are what I wear,and I can always find my size, every few months I get different colors of cute zip ups,in different styles in solid colors...there are several different Gen X's,but I only go to this particular one, it's smaller but when it gets busy more than one person is helping,so I'm never waiting long...let me add, I was originally going with my husband to buy our grandson a few things and the next thing I knew I walked out with a new wardrobe as well, I love that place!!

I love this gen x but some of the people that work there have no idea what customer service is... The security guards are way to up tight its not that serious... They look and watch like you gonna take something. Sorry but they stuff is already cheap why would you steal out of there makes no sense.. But all in all i love shopping there...

I have frequent this store or another location many times over the years. They're prices have gone up for no reason. They used to have way more business and would probably have it now but they are too high. I see that as trying to make up for lost revenue due to the pandemic, so now, you want to go up on prices to make up for it. Wrong move. You can try it if you would like to and maybe they have what you are looking for in your price range, however, I am not recommending it. "Peg"

It Seemed pretty cool they have great prices i like the variety of jeans they have. They have a good variety of different items for a good price. It's like a department store but smaller they have clothes purses shoes etc.

I can't say enough about this place. The prices are very great and the service is great too. The Staff is friendly and very helpful. Gen X always seems to have everything I want, just an overall great spot to grab some good gear from. So if you wanna get fresh for that go out occasion Gen X is definitely your spot.... Allllready!

I like the fact that they have jeans for $10 and t-shirts for about $7. I couldn't fit some of the jeans, and they were willing to exchange them as long as I didn't take the tags off, iron them, or wash them.
